Water Pik, Inc. Recalls Sonic-Fusion® Flossing Toothbrush Product for Possible Health Risk

Water Pik, Inc. is voluntarily recalling its Sonic-Fusion® flossing toothbrush because the charging base may overheat with localized melting and sparking, possibly causing fire, shock or burns. Water Pik, Inc. has received consumer reports of product malfunctioning in the U.S.

 

 

 

Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Bacteria Found In Saje Splish Splash Gentle Baby Wash

Saje Natural Wellness is warning customers not to use Splish Splash Gentle Baby Wash, 8.5 fl. oz. and 1.7 fl. oz. (found in the Wee and Well Gentle Baby Care Kit) as it may contain the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosais an opportunistic pathogen that causes infection and results in bacteria in the blood, particularly in individuals with compromised immune systems.

 

Radagast Pet Food, Inc. Voluntarily Recalls Three Lots of Rad Cat Raw Diet Free-Range Chicken Recipe and One Lot of Pasture-Raised Venison Recipe Because of Possible Health Risk

Radagast Pet Food, Inc. of Portland, OR is recalling three lots of Rad Cat Raw Diet Free-Range Chicken Recipe because testing results indicate they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

 

Aldi Recalls Deep Fryers for Burn Hazard

Ambiano mini deep fryers have been recalled by ALDI. The deep fryer heating element can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. The fryers were sold at ALDI stores nationwide from February through March 2018 for about $15. The recalled deep fryers were sold in two colors, brushed stainless steel (model number 20072483) and red (20072490), and have a black lid with a metal food basket.

 

eBars Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Allergens

eBars LLC of Franklin, Tenn. is issuing a voluntary recall on its line of products that may contain undeclared peanut and/or almond allergens. The “Use By” dates showing between June 21, 2017 through July 18, 2018 including: MAN, WOMAN, TRIM Cocoa Raspberry, TRIM Cocoa Almond, RUN Cocoa Almond, RUN Cocoa Raspberry, FOCUS Chocolate Peanut, FOCUS 4 KIDS, GOLF Chocolate Almond, GOLF Cocoa Raspberry, HEAL Chocolate Peanut, FIT Organic Peanut Butter Chocolate Raspberry.

 

Tyson Foods Inc. Recalls Breaded Chicken Products Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “P-746” on the product package. These items were shipped to food services establishments, nationwide. The affected products are not available for purchase in retail stores. The problem was discovered on June 8, 2018, when Tyson Foods Inc. notified FSIS that their breading supplier was recalling the breading ingredients due to possible foreign material contamination.

 

Hormel Foods Corporation Recalls Canned Pork and Chicken Products due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination

The products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 199N” on the bottom of the can. These items were shipped throughout the United States and to Guam.The problem was discovered after the firm received four consumer complaints stating that metal objects were found in the canned products. FSIS was notified on May 25, 2018. There have been reports of minor oral injuries associated with consumption of the products.
